Our special blend of summer sausage (aka "Johnny's) is something everyone needs to have on hand at all times! It's a traditional summer sausage taste that you're going to absolutely love. Whether you just need a quick snack or you want to build out a beautiful meat and cheese platter this will be your new favorite fuel. At approximately 3/4 of a lbs per package, it's the perfect amount for snacking.
Pick Up/Delivery Options:
As one of our "local" customers, we are happy to offer you two options for picking up your beef.
1) You can come here to the ranch in Pollock and pick if up yourself.
or
2) We can coordinate when we are making deliveries in your area and set up time to meet you closer to home.
